Beverly Ann Lank , 87, of Templeton, died Saturday, May 30, 2026. She was born July 9, 1938, in Remington, to the late Wilmer E & Retha Fern (James) Hayworth. She married Wallace L. Lank, October 24, 1959, in Otterbein; he preceded her in death, on May 27, 2026.She was a member of Good Shepherd Baptist Church. She had worked retail & factory work. Bev loved spending time with family & friends & loved helping others. She loved to cook & bake & made the best fried chicken. She was always making treats for people & was a true giver.

Bev is survived by her 4 Daughters, Vicky Walker, Teresa (Chris) Bahler, Melody (Henry) Bell & Gail Schindler, 14 Grandchildren, 36 Great-Grandchildren, 1 Great-Great-Grandchild & 2 brothers, Wayne & Walter "Butch" Hayworth. She is preceded in death by her Husband, of 66 years, Wally & 2 Brothers, Donald & Richard D. Hayworth.

A visitation will be Wednesday, June 3, 2026 from 9 AM until time of service at 12 PM, at Shoemaker Funeral Home, Otterbein, with Henry Bell, Jr. officiating.
