Cody Ray Mikeworth , 32, of Ambia, died, Sunday, September 18, 2022. He was born, July 9, 1990, in Lafayette, to Frank & Michelle "Shelly" (Jackson) Mikeworth. He attended Benton Central High School & had worked as a forklift operator at AccuBurn, in Williamsport. Cody loved animals & the outdoors & enjoyed fishing, camping, drawing & go-carts.

Cody is survived by his Parents, Frank & Shelly Mikeworth, 2 Sons, Quinten Conner & Hunter Mikeworth, 4 Brothers, Travis (Carrie) Allen, Troy (Cynthia) Allen, Trevor Allen & Cory (Brittany) Allen & several Nieces & Nephews. He is preceded in death by his Maternal Grandparents, Orville & Jean Jackson & his Paternal Grandparents, Ray & Gladys Mikeworth.
