David Kenneth Wills , 81, of Otterbein, died Saturday, May 7, 2022. He was born, June 25, 1940, in Atchison, KS, to the late Charles Kenneth & Mary Mae (Hundley) Wills. He married, Dianne L. (Lewis) Wills, February 23, 2008, in Okeechobee, FL; she survives. He had served in the United States Navy. He had worked in construction for S&B Construction, Houston, TX. David enjoyed fishing & watching NASCAR.

Surviving with his Wife, Dianne L. Wills, are 3 Daughters, Kandi (Brenda Mitchell) Wills, Sheli (Drake) McGinnis & Penni (Michael) Tarbox, 6 Grandchildren, Kyle (Amber) Mitchell, Jennifer (Chad) Walters, Patricia (Will) Schumacher, Colton (Ashlee) McGinnis, Drake A. (Christine) McGinnis & Christopher Tarbox, 9 Great-Grandchildren, Tyson, Trent, Tyler & Traeger Mitchell, Grayson Walters, Aidan Stagner, Logan Schumacher, Reyco Martin & Alannah McGinnis, Niece, Lisa (Boyd) Frusha & 2 Special Cousins, Linda Reece Lance & Connie Reece Duis. He is preceded in death by an infant Daughter, Traci L. Wills, Brother, H.H. "Bud" Linneweh III & previous Wife, Linda Wills.
