Donald Lee Grubb , 81, of Oxford, died, Monday, July 1, 2019. He was born January 22, 1938, in Covington, to the late Granville & Dollie (Laird) Grubb. He attended Covington Community High School. He had retired from C&D Battery, Attica. Don was a Family man & loved his Family; especially his pride & Joy, his 2 Great-Grandsons & lived his life to the fullest for his Family. He loved the outdoors & feeding any & all wildlife. He enjoyed going to campgrounds & NASCAR. He was an avid IU & Colts fan.

His 1st marriage was to Mary (Lade) Grubb; she survives & whom he resided with. His 2nd marriage was to Gloria (Bell) Grubb; she survives. Also surviving are his Children, Donald E. (Veneta) Grubb, Larry (Marlene) Grubb, Starr (Bill) Abert, Amanda & Keri Grubb, 8 Grandchildren, Jessica, Donald Jacob, Kirsten (Fiancé, Cody Weast), Sylvia (Dustin) Gates, Robert "Bobby" Miteff, Brandon & Heavenly Grace & Dakota Huston, 2 Great-Grandsons, Liam & Levi Weast, Siblings, Quentin (Rosemary) Grubb, June Stephens & Carolyn Stiffler, & several Nieces & Nephews. He is preceded in death by Grandson, Chance Grubb, Sister & Brother-in-Law, Betty (John) Linne, Sister-in-Law, Judith Grubb & 2 Brothers-in-Law, Cliff Stephens & Blair Stiffler.

Visitation will be Friday, July 5, 2019, from 11 AM until time of service at 1 PM, with Pastor Ben Cassiday officiating, at Shoemaker Funeral Home, Otterbein. Burial will be at Justus Cemetery, Oxford. Don was a casual man, so please come casually dressed. In lieu of flowers Memorial Contribution may be made to the Otterbein United Methodist Church.
