Donald R. Meece , 84, of Ambia, died, Friday, April 24, 2020. He was born, December 25, 1935, in Somerset, KY, to the late Thomas & Mary Lee (Phelps) Meece. He Married, Patricia (Mullikan) Meece, January 15, 1955, in Cincinnati, OH; she survives. He was a 1966, graduate of Baptist Bible College, Springfield, OH. Don was a retired Pastor, having served at Liberty Baptist Church, Chillicothe, OH, Waverly Baptist Church, Waverly, OH & Faith Baptist Church, Kokomo, IN. He was also a barber & had a barber shop, in OH.

Surviving with his Wife, Patricia, are a Son, David (Hope) Meece, 5 Grandchildren, Daniel (Christina) Meece, Ashley Meece, Timothy (Hannah) Meece, Melissa (Luke) Avera & Phillip (Chelsie) Meece, 11 Great-Grandchildren, Lillian, Jaron, Savannah, Harmony, Elaina, Victoria, Abigail, Wren, Johnny, Joey & Isabella & 3 Sisters, Lois Wright, Jean Meece & Edith Williamson. He is preceded in death by a Grandson, Stephen Meece & 2 siblings, Carl Meece & Maggie Lowery.

Graveside Service will be at 1 PM, Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at Locust Grove Cemetery, with his Grandson, Pastor Daniel Meece, of the Tri-County Baptist Church, Ambia, officiating.
