Janet Louise Staley , 86, formerly of Fowler, died, Friday, July 5, 2024. She was born August 18, 1937, in Montmorenci, to the late Thomas A. & Helen B. (Gatten) Hinckley. She attended Montmorenci High School. She married Martin H. Staley, on Friday, August 13th, 1982, in West Valley, Utah; he died, April, 18, 2015. She worked as a dispatcher for several trucking companies. Janet loved to dance, sing, dress up, camping & riding shotgun across country with Martin. She was known for her sense of humor, being the life of the party, always having a smartass comment, yet being very stern.

Janet is survived by her 4 children, Bob Giltner, Jeff Giltner (Pam), Diana Paden & Brian Giltner (Tina), 12 Grandchildren, several Great-Grandchildren, 2 Sisters, Norma Gray & Evelyn Terry & several Nieces & Nephews. She is preceded in death by a Brother Gordon Hinckley & 2 Grandchildren.

Visitation will be, Wednesday, July 17, 2024, from 5 PM until the time of Memorial Service at 7 PM, at Shoemaker Funeral Home, Otterbein. Casual attire is requested by Janet's family.
