Janet Lynn Wolfe, 66, of Boswell, died Saturday, April 18, 2026. She was born January, 11, 1960, in Dyer, to the late Alexander & Pearl (Rezechula) Prue. She married Dale Wolfe, December 3, 1983, in Fowler; he survives. Janet was a 1978 graduate of South Newton High School. She had worked for the Indiana Department of Transportation, for 31 years, retiring in 2018. She also served as the Grant Township Trustee. Janet loved gardening, reading, vacationing, shopping & fashion.

Janet is survived by her Husband, Dale, 2 Sons, Michael (Stacey) & Derek (Bailey) Wolfe, 5 Grandchildren, William, Patrick, Madilyn, Alexander & Kaydence Wolfe, 2 Sisters, Danette Meyer & Annette Prue & Brother Chris Prue. She is preceded in death by her Father-in-Law & Mother-in-Law, Harold & Elaine Wolfe & her Golden Retriever Furbabies Walker & Windsor.

A visitation will be Thursday, April 23, 2026 from 11 AM until time of service at 1 PM, at Shoemaker Funeral Home, Otterbein, with Pastor Gary Sims officiating. Burial to follow at Boswell Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Boswell-Grant Twp.
