Jennie Cox , 77, formerly of Ambia, died, Thursday, August 17, 2023. She was born, December 4, 1945, in Delphi, to the late Leroy & Mary (Orr) Jones. She was a 1964 graduate of Boswell High School. She married Robert "Bob" Cox, May 14, 1993, at their home in Locust Grove; he preceded her in death, March 14, 2004. Jennie enjoyed gardening, reading & bird watching.

Jennie is survived by her Son, Jack Scolley (Tonia Pullins), Daughter, Jody Godbey, 7 Grandchildren, Amanda, Aaron & Adrian Scolley, Allen & Autumn Rock, Anna & JL Godbey & 16 Great-Grandchildren.

Visitation will be, Thursday, August 24, 2023, from 10 AM until time of Services at 11 AM, at Shoemaker Funeral Home, Otterbein. Burial will be at Locust Grove Cemetery.
