Joanne "Nanny" "Sis" M. Waddle, 79, of Oxford, passed Saturday, July 10, 2021, surrounded by family. She was born, April 20, 1942, in Hammond, IN, to the late Joe & Marie (Freyman) Luttrell. She married Carl Waddle, April 23, 1960, in Oxford; he died March 5, 2020. She attended Oxford High School. Joanne worked as a Childcare Provider & loved caring for many generations of Oxford kids; which she treated as her own. She was a long time quilt maker, enjoyed gardening & spending time with her family & friends.

Joanne is survived by 2 Daughters; Cathy (Joe) Crowder & Tina (Andy) Coffman, Son; John Waddle, Son-in-Law, Jon Coffman, Grandchildren; Tonya (Lawrence) Van Dame, Crystal (Thamer) Mansour, Shawn (Amber) Coffman, Josh (Nancy) Crowder, Lilly (Kurt) Crowder-Lord, Cierra (Anson) Smith, Missy (Matt) Corns, Trent Coffman, Haylee (Zac) Randau, Larah & Myka Coffman, Great-Grandchildren; Ashlena (Devin) King, Nick & Kobe Landaker, Eli, Isabella & Aidan Coffman, Anna Yeary, Aya & Malik Mansour, Emma & Oliver Corns, Oliver & Hattie Crowder-Lord & Chayton & Kaycee Randau, Great-Great-grandchildren, Finnley Landaker-Kessell & Sawyer King, Brothers; Harry & Dick (Judy) Luttrell & Best Friend; Joyce Anderson.

She is preceded in death by 2 Daughters; Mary Jo Waddle & Carla Coffman, 4 Brothers; Bob, Don, Gerald & Raymond Luttrell & Grandson; Jakob Crowder.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 15, 2021 from 10 AM until time of services at 1 PM, with James Ausban officiating at Shoemaker Funeral Home, Otterbein. Burial will be at the Oxford West Cemetery. Immediately following the burial there will be a carry-in dinner at the Oxford Lions Club, 708 N. 5th St., Oxford. Joanne had requested everybody to dress casually.
