Judith "Judy" M. Weber , of Boswell, passed away on December 21, 2023, at Digby Place, in Lafayette. Judy was born in Paxton, IL on January 28, 1939 to the late Clarence & Lois (Waide) Sturm. Judy was raised in Roberts, IL & graduated from Roberts-Thawville High School in 1957. She was a high school cheerleader for four years & was involved in the choir & band. After graduation, Judy went to work at Carle Hospital in Champaign, IL as an admitting secretary.

Judy married John Weber on April 25, 1959, at St Paul Lutheran Church, in Roberts, IL. John preceded her in death in December 2020. Judy was a very talented woman. She played the piano for the United Methodist Church, in Ambia & the United Methodist Church, in Oxford, where she was a member for several years. She also played for many weddings & special events through the years. Judy made the best sweet rolls. She loved to make them for special events & made sure they were delivered to the grain elevators, where John worked, so the farmers could enjoy them during harvest time. Not to be forgotten were her homemade noodles that everyone enjoyed at Christmas gatherings. She helped John raise purebred Spotted swine for many years & enjoyed antiquing and fishing with him. Judy's greatest joy was raising her four children & watching her grandchildren & great grandchildren grow up. Judy & John loved attending the many sporting events & other special events involving the kids & grandkids.

Judy is survived by her 4 children, Jill (Michael) Butler; Joy Rountree; Jayne (Scott) Hoelscher & Jack (Sara) Weber, 8 grandchildren, Brett (Carly) Butler, Emily (Ryan) Cox, Travis Barrett (Lexy Hoffman), Jacob (Mariah) Hoelscher, Amanda (Patrick) Wessol, Reann Weber (Derek Fuehrer), Grace Weber (Mike Schutter) & Lily Etter, 13 great-grandchildren, Harper & Beckett Butler, Oliver Wessol, Ziah, Scarlet, Alastor & Margo Hoelscher, Chloe & Evan Beil, Raegen Couch, Jackson Cox & Auden & Yogi Fuehrer, sister, Janeen (Lou) Prosser, 2 brothers, Jerry (Linda) Sturm & Jeff Sturm (Lanie Lueth) & brothers-in-law, Mike (Susan) Weber & Gene (Jeanne) Weber. Preceding her in death along with her husband & parents was a son-in-law, Mike Rountree.
