Juliah "Jam" Lake Creasy , 79, of West Lafayette, died, Thursday, January 21, 2021. She was born, December 1, 1941, in Anderson, to the late Elmer and Sophia (Saubert) Miteff. She married, Alvin Lake, May 31, 1964, in Lafayette; he preceded her in death on June 21, 2002. She married Lynn Creasy on March 21, 2014. She was a 1961 graduate of Klondike High School. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 492, VFW Auxiliary Post 1154 and Weaver Chapel United Methodist Church. Jam enjoyed spending time and visiting with family and friends, sewing and gardening.

She is survived by two Daughters, Shirley (Jeffrey) Burd of Linden and Alice Aylor (Jimmy Moyars) of Batesville, seven Grandchildren, Bill, Jim (Vanessa Wesley) and Alex Neal, Shelby (Tanner Kellerman), Danny (Jessie Sweezey), Jackie and Matthew Aylor, three Great-Grandsons, Tristan, Moses and Benji Neal, a Brother, Tom (Elaine) Smith, a Sister, Mary "Lulu" (Dave "Monkey") Roberts, a close Sister-in-Law, Sharon Smith and many other extended family.  She is preceded in death by a Sister, Emma McKinsey and two Brothers William Smith and John "Bud" Smith, Jr.

Visitation will be, Tuesday, January 26, 2021, at Shoemaker Funeral Home, Otterbein, from 11 AM until the time of services, at 1 PM. (Due to the current pandemic, please wear your masks and practice social distancing.)
