Kathleen L. Schindler , 81, of Boswell, died, Monday, December 18, 2023. She was born, July 13, 1942, in Lafayette, to the late Bernhard W. & Mildred Marie (Atkinson) Alberts. She married Gerald R. Schindler, September 18, 1966; he preceded her in death, August 17, 2021. Kathleen was a 1960 graduate of Boswell High School. She cleaned several area homes & had previously worked in the English Department, at Purdue University. She was a member of the Boswell Free Methodist Church. Kathleen loved spending time with her family & was a 2nd Mom to her children's friends. She loved playing the piano & played for her church & numerous weddings & funerals.

Kathleen is survived by her Son, Scott (Wife, Jill) Schindler, Daughter, Heather Schindler Arnold (Husband, Jeremy), 8 Grandchildren, Chantel Schindler Winebrenner, Collin M. Rudisail, Logan M. Rudisail, Savana Anes Stone (Husband, Josh), Jonny Arnold, Nathan Arnold, Grace Arnold & Jet Arnold, Great-Granddaughter, Lorelai Mae Smith, Great-Grandson, Joel Stone & a Dear Friend, Joy Flynn.

A Celebration of Kathleen's Life will be Saturday, January 13, 2024, at the Boswell Free Methodist Church, 402 S. Old US Highway 41, Boswell, from 1 PM until time of Memorial Service, at 3 PM with Pastor Bethany Abbott officiating. Family requests casual attire.
