Kenneth Melvin Hinkle , 72, of Ambia, died Monday, March 3, 2025. He was born December 4, 1952, in Danville, IL, to the late Melvin L. & Margery (Farrell) Hinkle. He married, Shirley (Sondgeroth) Hinkle, October 2, 1971, in Dunnington; they later divorced, but remained close. Kenny was a 1970 graduate of Benton Central High School. He had worked for Stokely-Van Camp, in Hoopeston, IL, until they closed & then the Box Factory, in Fowler.

Kenny is survived by his 4 Children, Chuck Hinkle, Rich Hinkle, Kristen (Jeremy) Carlson & Nichole (Matt) Willard, 9 Grandchildren, David, Abigail Hinkle & Adele Merritt, Chloe, Alex & Ian Carlson & Mason, Morgan & Oliver Willard, Brother, Mike (Chris) Hinkle & Sister, Cheryl (Doug) Sanderson. He is preceded in death by 2 Brothers, Jim & John Logan.
