On Monday, September 18, 2023, Kimberly L. Burge, 56, of Oxford, was tragically taken from us. She was born, July 11, 1967, in Lafayette, to Terry Burge & Joyce (McDaniel) Anderson. She was a 1985 graduate of Benton Central High School and was employed at Glotzbach Pharmacy in Fowler. She loved spending her time with her family and friends, catching up and telling stories. Trips to the beach and pulling weeds in her gardens (or anybody's gardens or yards, for that matter) were her happiest places to be as she would always refer to those activities as her therapy Everyone has personal memories of her, but one memory that we all share the same is just how bright her star shined, how loving and caring she was, and how full of life and love she was. She had the most beautiful soul, and she gave everyone she met her love and light. She always had open arms and a special hug for everyone with no judgment. Even in the toughest times, with her beautiful smile, her infectious laugh, and her crazy ways, she would have you laughing with her and forgetting at least for the time being whatever problems would be bothering you. That's just what she wanted because she was all about the goodness and just like she would always say, "Let go and let God!" She was a second mother to any kid that needed it and was lovingly referred to as "Momma Kim" by all of her three sons' friends. Her boys were the world to her, and she loved them deeply. We know she will always be there with them to protect them and help guide their way through life just as she has always done. May her soul peacefully rest for eternity amongst the wildflowers somewhere where she is free.

Kim is survived by her 3 Sons, Brandon (Brittney) Fultz, Tanner Fultz & Rylan Burge, Grandson Matthew Combs, Grandpups, Rogen and Roxy, Mom, Joyce Anderson, Dad & Stepmom, Terry & Carol Burge, 4 Brothers, Brian (Sharron)Burge, Jason (Alexis) Burge, Richard (Kimberly) Burge & Michael (Silka) Anderson, 1 Sister, Kristy Winchester and several Nieces & Nephews & Numerous very close friends. She is preceded in death by a Sister, Sarah Burge, Paternal Grandparents, Salathiel & Helen Burge, Maternal Grandmother, Velma McDaniel, Stepdad, Harold Anderson & Niece, Olivia Burge.

Visitation will be, Saturday, October 14, 2023, from 1 PM until time of services at 3 PM, at the Fowler United Methodist Church, 908 E. 12th St, Fowler, with Rev. Mary van Wijk officiating. With a additional celebration of Kim's life starting at 6 PM at Old Academy Park, 601 S. Crown St., Oxford. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kim's Family.
