Lou Marie Dalton, 88, formerly of Boswell, died, Friday, March 9, 2018, at Green-Hill Manor, Fowler. She was born, July 25, 1929, in Delmar, Kentucky, to the late Dan J. & Odie Jane (Burton) Baker. She married, Lonnie "Sonny" Dalton, May 22, 1947, in Jamestown, Kentucky; he died, July 11, 1993. She had attended the Talbot Missionary Baptist Church. Marie loved spending time with her Family & Friends, watching Purdue Basketball, working in her flower garden, collecting rocks, sewing & embroidery.

Marie is survived by her 9 Children, Linda Johnson, West Lafayette, Jim Dalton, Williamsport, Carol Bell (Joe), Otterbein, Judy Stonebraker (Todd), Fowler, Karen Eberhardt (Don), Fowler, Sherry Goodman (Dale Miller), Fowler, Richard Dalton (DeAnn), Las Vegas, NV, Tammy Williams, Oxford & David Dalton (Jan), Romney, 23 Grandchildren, 16 Great-Grandchildren & 2 Sisters, Ruby Lynch, Oreana, IL & Rovie Tarter, Monticello, IL. She is preceded in death by Grandson, Dustin Dalton, Granddaughter, Shilo Dalton, Son-in-Law, Dale Johnson, 3 Brothers & a Sister.

Visitation to Celebrate Marie's Life, will be Tuesday, March 13, 2018, from 4-7 PM, at the Boswell Free Methodist Church, 402 S. Old US Highway 41, Boswell. Funeral Celebration will, at 11 AM, Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at the Boswell Free Methodist Church with Henry Bell, Jr., officiating. Burial will be at the Boswell Cemetery.
