Mary L. Grubb , 82, of Otterbein, died Sunday, March 30, 2025; surrounded by her loving family. She was born, July 9, 1942, in Morocco, IN, to the late Cecil M. & Lillie M. (Starnes) Lade. She married Donald L. Grubb, November 26, 1961, in Morocco; he died, July 1, 2019. Mary was a 1960 graduate of Attica High School. She had worked at Pillsbury, Green Giant & Drug Plastics. She had also worked as a caregiver for Claude & Lucille Rowe & Bernice Hawkins. Mary loved spending time with her family & enjoyed going to her children, grandchildren & great-grandsons' games & events. She also enjoyed camping, cookouts, hosting holiday get-togethers & KitKats.

Mary is survived by her 2 Sons, Donald E. Grubb & Larry J. (Marlene) Grubb, Daughter, Starr A. (Bill) Abert, 3 Granddaughters, Jessica R. (Michael) London, Kirsten (Cody) Weast & Sylvia J. (Dustin) Gates, 2 Grandsons, Jake Grubb & Bobby Miteff, 5 Great-Grandchildren, Liam & Levi Weast, Westin & Anistin Gates & Acelynn London, Brother, Richard "Dick" (Judy) Lade & several Nieces & Nephews. She is preceded in death by her Great-Grandson, Chance Grubb & Brother, James "Jake" Lade.

Visitation will be Thursday, April 3, 2025, from 11 AM until time of service at 1 PM, with Rev. Cindy L. Haley officiating, at Shoemaker Funeral Home, Otterbein. Burial will be at Justus Cemetery, Oxford. Mary was a casual person, so please come casually dressed.
