Michael "Mike" Stephen Goodman, 64, of Fowler, died, Tuesday, July 19, 2022. He was born, August 26, 1957 in Lafayette, to the late Gene & Betty (Wright) Goodman. He married, Patricia "Patsy" Jane (Adwell) Goodman, May 15, 1976, at St. Charles Catholic Church, Otterbein; she survives. Mike was a 1976 graduate of Benton Central High School. He worked as a groundskeeper for North Newton High School; retiring July 14, 2022. He had formerly worked as a car salesman at Bill DeFouw & Twin City & owned Mike Goodman Motors. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Fowler Post #57 & Poker Club. Mike enjoyed watching his kids & grandkids play sports, gardening, camping & liked to wheel & deal. His last name was SO TRUE; he was a GOOD MAN; as he would do anything for anyone in need.

Mike is survived by his Wife, Patsy Goodman, 4 Children, Craig (Jacinda) Goodman, Christi (Matt) Klemme, Ceven (Ashley) Goodman & Casey (Michelle) Goodman, 8 Grandchildren, Bayley Goodman, Kolton Goodman, Carson Goodman, Tyler Klemme, Austin Klemme, Brock Klemme, Khloe Goodman & Kasen Goodman, 3 Sisters, Marlys (Bob)  Vanderwall,   Deb (Randy) Deno & Robin (Terry) Nunnally, 5 Brothers, Gary (Judy) Goodman, Greg (Chris) Goodman, Pat Goodman, John (Sherry) Goodman & Frank Goodman & numerous Nieces & Nephews & Great- Nieces & Great-Nephews. He is preceded in death by an infant Brother, Randy Goodman, Mother & Father-in-Law, Joseph & Virginia Adwell & Brother-in-Law, Mark Adwell.

A Gathering of Family & Friends will be, Sunday, July 24, 2022, from 12-4 PM, at St. Charles Catholic Church, 108 N. Meadow Street, Otterbein. Casual attire is request by Mike's Family. There will also be a Celebration of Mike's Life starting at 5 PM at the Cardinal Roost Shelter, 318 North Town Park Circle, Earl Park.
