Nancy S. Richardson , 77, of Lafayette, died, Monday, March 4, 2024; with her family by her side. She was born, September 1, 1946, in Lafayette, to the late Vernon G. & Lela N. (Watkins) Carr. She married, Daniel M. Richardson, December 13, 1964, in Otterbein; he preceded her in death November 25, 2022. She attended Otterbein High School. Nancy retired from General Foods; she also was a Manager at Speedway/Smoke Shop Tobacco, had worked at Bruno's & was a Lafayette School Crossing Guard. She loved her family & spending time with them. She was an avid Elvis fan, avid NASCAR fan; especially Richard Petty, she enjoyed Purdue sports & enjoyed local auto racing.

Nancy is survived by 3 Children, Danette M. Oliver (Mike), Daniel G. Richardson (Anjanette) & Donna S. Snapp-Harshman (Steve), Sister, Carol Steill, 16 Grandchildren, Steven, Tamara, Aaron, Daniel, Carra, Hunter, Elisa, William, Harrison, Michelle, Mindy, Michael, Jessica, Josh, Kourtney & Kyle, 27 Great-Grandchildren & 4 Nieces, Angie, Susie, Sherrie & Mindy. She is preceded in death by a Sister & Brother-in-Law, Jane & Marvin "Butch" Price, Brother-in-Law, Stanley J. Steill, 2 Nephews, Marvin "Skipper" Price III & William J. Steill & 2 Sons-in-Law, Tony Snapp & Steven L. Nelson.

Visitation will be Friday, March 8, 2024, from 11 AM until the time of services at 12 PM, at Shoemaker Funeral Home, Otterbein, with Pastor Critten Whitlock officiating.
