Richard Lee Lemen, Jr , 66, of Otterbein, died, Tuesday, June 7, 2022. He was born, July 5, 1955, in Fort Benning, GA, to the late Richard Lee & Helen Marie (Osborn) Lemen. He was a 1974 graduate of Benton Central High School. He had worked for Central Roofing & assisted Warren Gephart. Richard enjoyed going out to eat; especially Steak 'n Shake.

Richard is survived by 5 Sisters, Richlyn (Anthony) Fultz, Ethel (Gary) Fultz, Ruth Lemen, Rita Brunner & Rebecca Lemen, 2 Brothers, Ronald (Lisa) Lemen & Edward Lemen, 5 Nieces, 8 Nephews, 8 Great-Nieces & 5 Great-Nephews. He is preceded in death by Brother-in-Law, Ralph Brunner & a Niece, Nicole Lemen.

A Celebration of Richard's Life will be Tuesday, June 14, 2022 from 5 PM until the time of Memorial Service at 7 PM, at Shoemaker Funeral Home, Otterbein. Casual attire is requested by Family.
