Rilla Marlene Flynn , 82, of West Lafayette & formerly of Boswell, died, Sunday, June 20, 2021. She was born January 15, 1939, in Benton County, to the late Raymond Hudson & Ada Elnora (Little) Clifton. She attended Boswell High School & Purdue University. She married, Jack Dean Flynn, August 17, 1956, in Boswell; he died, May 29, 1998. Rilla had previously worked at J&R Paint & Paper, Griffin IGA, Nesbitt Motors & Purdue University. She was a former member of Friends of Tippecanoe Library & former board member of Prophetstown State Park. Rilla was enthusiastically involved in community events in Boswell. She enjoyed sewing, reading & decorating.

Rilla is survived by a Son, Chris (Elaine) Flynn, Daughter, Martie (Brian) Knill, 6 Grandchildren, Mandy (Josh) Fisher, Tara (Mark) Glotzbach, Amber (Noah) Waldron Unger, Adam (Taylor) Waldron, Andrew (Elizabeth) Waldron & Harrison Knill, 8 Great-Grandchildren, Addison Center, Flynn, Harper & Chase Glotzbach, Adalie Klinedinst, Elsie Unger, Rylie & Stella Waldron, Brother, Gary (Judy) Clifton, 3 Sisters, Linda (Joe) Grana, Cheryl (Steve) Rinehart & Brenda (Fritz) Spongia & her Companion, Poochi the dog.

Visitation will be, Thursday, June 24, 2021, at Shoemaker Funeral Home, Otterbein, from 10 AM until the time of services, at 12 PM, with Dr. Joe Grana officiating. Burial will be at Boswell Cemetery.
