Robert "Bob" Wetli , 69, of Fowler, passed away, Thursday, April 13, 2023. He was born October 28, 1953, in Lafayette, to the late Morris & Elizabeth (Seymour) Wetli. He married, the love of his life & best friend, Patricia "Patty" (Hall) Wetli, August 26, 1972, in Kentland; she survives. In August they celebrated 50 years together. Bob attended Wadena & Fowler schools & was a 1971 graduate of Benton Central High School. He worked as a parts/service manager for Case Power-McDonald Machinery-RPM. He was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church, in Otterbein. Bob loved his family the most, but also enjoyed camping, fishing & playing poker.

Bob is survived by his Wife, of 50 years, Patty Wetli, 2 Sons, Eric Wetli (Wife, Janelle) & Jason Wetli, 5 Grandchildren, Dakota Brock (Wife, Amber), Madison Wetli, Cole Wetli, Jenaea Rupp & Crew Wetli, 2 Great-Grandchildren, Cash Brock & Lennon Wetli, 8 Brothers & Sisters, Karen Wang (Husband, Bud), Tim Wetli (Wife, Louann), Pat Wetli (Wife, Ranae), Peggy Crow (Husband, Jim), Tom Wetli (Wife, Mary), Chris Wetli (Wife, Karen), Mark Wetli (Wife, Angela) & Amy Harshman (Husband, Paul), Sister-in-Law, Robin Wetli & numerous Nieces & Nephew, whom he adored. He is preceded in death by his Son, Chad Wetli, Brother, Mike Wetli & Nephews, Jordan Wang, Mathew Wetli, Ben & Luke Wetli, Gene Hall & Mark King.

Visitation will be, Monday, April 17, 2023 from 4-8 PM , at St. Charles Catholic Church, 108 N. Meadow St., Otterbein, with Rosary Service at 7:45 PM. Memorial Mass will be at 11 AM, Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at St. Charles Catholic Church, with Father Robert Klemme Officiating.
