Scott Allen Funk , 57, of Otterbein, died Sunday, May 31, 2026. He was born November 27, 1968, in Lafayette to Alva Funk & the late Christina Mae (Raines) Rodgers. He married Teresa (DiVello) Funk, November 1, 1997, at the Wayside Chapel, in West Lafayette; she survives. He was a 1987 graduate of Harrison High School. He had worked at IMI, as a plant manager, until he retired due to health issues. Scott loved spending time with his family; especially his grandkids & friends. He enjoyed driving around on his golf cart, racing, fishing, camping & working in his yard; which he took great pride in.

Scott is survived by his Wife, Teresa Funk, 3 Daughters, Halee Nicole Funk, Hannah (Aric) Chambers & Miriah Christine (Jonah Winter) Funk, 9 Grandchildren, Kylynn, Kashius, Kehlani, Ava, Noah, Nora, Vincent, Sophia & Koby, Brother, Troy L. (Melissa) Funk, Nieces & Nephews, Michael, Anthony, Zachary, Joshua Arianna & Nicolas Funk & Father, Alva Funk. He is preceded in death by his Mother, Christina Mae Rodgers & 2 Brothers, Shawn M. & Jeffrey.

A Celebration of Scott's Life will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, from 4-7 PM, at Shoemaker Funeral Home, Otterbein. Casual attire is requested by Scott's family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Scott's Family to help with expenses.
