Shirley L. McFall , 83, of Boswell, died Sunday, May 8, 2022; surrounded by her loving Family. She was born, February 22, 1939, in Talbot, to the late Walter & Mary (Nern) Smith. She married, Marvin "Skip" McFall, April 26, 1958, at the Ambia Christian Church, Ambia; he died, April 2, 2021. She graduated, as Valedictorian, in 1957 from Ambia High School. Shirley had previously worked as a telephone operator, in high school, a waitress, at Fix's Truck Stop, Librarian, at Boswell Elementary School & bookkeeper, for McFall's Service Station. Shirley loved being with her family & enjoyed gardening, canning, playing piano, cooking, crocheting & making homemade cards.

Shirley is survived by 5 Children, Melony (Ed) Dowell, Terry (Kathy) McFall, Curtis McFall, Tyler (Sue) McFall & Chad (Randy) McFall, 7 Grandchildren, Alan (Lisa) Dowell, Edwin Dowell, Kelsey (Javier) Valdez, Justin (Meghan) McFall, Erin (Corey) Maxson, Joe Eads & Ashley (Greg) Delagrange, 13 Great-Grandchildren, Maddie, Shelby, Alex & Ethan Dowell, Mayson & Jordyn McFall, Kyra, Coby, Ashlyn & Kyler Eads, Owen & Jake Delagrange & Sawyer Maxson & Brother, Gary (Jane) Smith. She is preceded in death by 2 Sisters, Doris (Jim) Foster & Judy (Jim) Gobel,  Brother, Walter (Pat) Smith, Jr. & Son-in-Law, Victor McFall.

A Graveside Service, to celebrate the lives of Shirley & Skip, will be at 2 PM, Sunday, May 22, 2022, at Boswell Cemetery. Shoemaker Funeral Home, Otterbein, is assisting Shirley's Family.
