Theodore "Ted"
William Biddle
Aug 30, 1957 — Feb 21, 2020
Theodore William Biddle
Ted left this world, surrounded by his family on February 21, 2020, to join his father, Jack, in Heaven. Ted was born on August 30, 1957, in Lafayette, IN, to his proud and loving parents, Jack and Ruth Biddle.
After graduating from Benton Central in 1975, he served in the Army, where he was honorably discharged. Ted returned to Benton County where he worked along the side of his dad at Jack Biddle and Son Carpet then went on to open his own company, B&W flooring.
In October 1980 he married his high school sweetheart, Bobbi (Asher). Together for 26 years, they share three children: Casey, Keaton, and Cheyanna.
Ted loved the outdoors, motorsports, taking his kids mushroom hunting, go-kart racing, collecting coins, going bowling, and mudding in "Big Ugly," a truck that Casey still owns. He was an avid Colts fan and enjoyed watching and attending games with Keaton. Cheyanna, an all-around "daddy's girl," has fond memories of going to races at Kamp Motor Speedway. Family vacations were often spent in North Carolina. There was not a thing that Ted could not cook, roast or fry.
In 2015, Ted moved to North Carolina with best friend Tina Bennett to be closer to his mother, Ruth.
Surviving are his mother, Ruth Biddle; brother, Glenn (Zelma) Biddle; former wife, Bobbi (Asher) Biddle; three children: Casey (Lauren) Biddle, Keaton Biddle, and Cheyanna Biddle; and three grandchildren: Hunter Biddle, Charlie Biddle, and Fallon Biddle-Satchell.
