Thomas A. Barrett , 85 of Boswell, died, Tuesday, May 31, 2022. He was born April 18, 1937, in Boswell, to the late Hollice & Jeanette (Goen) Barrett. He married Mary Lou (Brown) Barrett, December 18, 1965, in Oxford; she died, November 2, 2010. Tom was a 1955 graduate of Boswell High School. He served in the United States Army from 1960 until being honorably discharged in 1966. He retired from Rostone & worked at the Benton County Country Club. Tom loved to garden, cook & can. He was known for his relish & chili sauce. He enjoyed sports, golfing & attending sporting events to watch his kids, grandkids, nephews & great-nephews.

Tom is survived by his 3 Sons, Mike (Teri) Leuck, Bill (Mike) Leuck & Matt Barrett, 3 Daughters, Cindy (Joe) Baker, Jean Ann (Jim) Ross & Mitzi (Jim) Burton, 12 Grandchildren, 10 Great-Grandchildren & Sister, Stella "Sis" Gillen. He is preceded in death by a Granddaughter, Haley Rae Barrett, 6 Sisters, Dorothy Newtson, Kate Finley, Elsie McMahon, Mary Waukechon, Louise Baumdardt & Hazel Odgen & 4 Brothers, Joe, Jack, Frank & Bill Barrett.

Visitation will be, Thursday, June 9, 2022 from 10 AM until time of Memorial Mass at 12 PM at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 504 S. Michigan St., Oxford, with Father Richard Weisenberger officiating. Burial will be at St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery, with Military Honors. Casual attire is requested by family. An additional Celebration of Tom's Life will be Thursday, June 9, 2022 from 6-9 PM, at the Benton County Country Club, 602 W. 4th St., Fowler.
