Wanda Clare Clark , 60, of Otterbein, died, Wednesday, December 11, 2019. She was born, December 6, 1959, in Danville, IL, to the late Jess Mervin Meadows & Frances Kathreen Vitoe. She had formerly worked in a sewing factory, shipyards & the Nite Owl, in Otterbein. Wanda loved playing with her Grandchildren & Great-Grand-Children, loved music, fishing, camping, making crafts, doing puzzles, going to yard sales & traveling to different states.

Wanda is survived by her 3 Daughters, Tameka Sexton (Husband, William), Kimberly Smith (Boyfriend, Jerry Acuna) & Amanda Hedges (Husband, Matt), Son, Bobby R. Smith, Jr. (Girlfriend, Melinda), 15 Grandchildren, Makayla Johnson, Michael & Alexandria Maxson, Raelynn, Aubree & Alexis Sexton, Allyson Clare Mae, Kohle Ray & Drew William Ray Johnson, Dominick, Mason, Jordyn & Aalliyah Hedges & John Lee, Great-Granddaughter, Emma Johnson, Brother, Wes Meadows, Sister, Joyce Taylor & several Nieces & Nephews. She is preceded in death by her Parents, Jess Mervin Meadows & Frances Kathreen (Vitoe) Decker & Brother, Jessie Meadows.
