Community Cancer Network, Inc. (CCN) was founded in 2007 by five physicians in Lafayette, IN. to help patients in cancer treatment, and their families, access basic unmet needs causing stress and hardship in their lives.
The mission of Community Cancer Network is to support non-medical needs of area cancer patients in collaboration with care providers and other community resources. Physician’s patients in cancer treatment become CCN clients.
As a 501 (C) 3 Community Cancer Network serves 11 Counties in North Central & West Central Indiana:
